RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at scanner@jourist.de.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at scanner@jourist.de and send your item to:Jourist Verlags GmbH, Diagonalstr. 41, Hamburg, 20537, Germany.

Shipping

To return your product, you should send it to:Jourist Verlags GmbH, Diagonalstr. 41, Hamburg, 20537, Germany.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
